ABM Galaxy football side proved themselves too strong in the first round of Vanuatu Football Federation’s 40th Anniversary tournament beating Siaraga 3-1 yesterday.
Galaxy who started their preparation two months ago following COVID-19 lockdown looked strong in their attacking line as they were always hungry for possessions and eager to score goals.
They played their game structures well, stuck to their game plan and with their strong striking force upfront was always keeping Siaraga’s defence line busy as they make moves to destruct Galaxy attacking line but always prove futile.
Galaxy showed class of performance after making their return following COVID-19 to win the opening game at the Municipal stadium yesterday.
The next day-one games will be today between Ifira BB and Erakor at 1pm followed by Tafea FC and Tupuji Imere at 3pm at the Municipal Stadium and the final match also at 3pm at Korman Stadium between Yatel FC and Mauwia FC.
