Legal Entity with a registered name
Registered with VFF with Valid License
Fully Responsible to participate in national and international and games
Must have Match Venue to meet OFC club competition
Must have training venue
Must have registered coaches with VFF
Must have registered goalkeeper coaches
All Players must be registered with VFF
Must have at least 2 women’s category Teams
Must have youth coach
Must have 3 referees
Must have a youth coach
Players with medical and have a medic officer
Club administrator
Club Registered Executive
Media Officer
Marketing Officer
Security Officer
Team Liason Officer
Must Prepare and submit budget
Complete a finance Form
Financial Statement
Legal statute and Legal Declaration
Declare ownership and control of Club
Provide social responsibility
Language of Communication English and or French
