Arato FC of Penama Football Association have sealed 3 points on the table in Group B after beating Police FC of Malampa Football Association in the first match of Day 1 of Group B this afternoon.
After a scoreless first 45 minutes, Newton Lango struck from close range to score the only goal of the match to give his North Pentecost team their first win in the group.
In the second match of the Group at 6pm yesterday, Eraniau FC of Shefa Football Association were flattened by their south Efate neighbours Ifira Black Bird FC who are also champions of Port Vila Football Association by three goals to nil.
