Development centre attacking midfielder of Amicale says his dream is to be part of football Academy one day and to play for Vanuatu national U-17 team.
The young midfielder has been part of a U-12 selection trial and he has been selected in the pre-squad by coach Moise Poida and other VFF coaches.
“I have to work hard and shows the coaches that I can be part of academy one day.” Said 12 years old Isaiah Gideons.
Asked if he believes he has a chance of going to the academy in the next few years and he responded confidently.
“Why not? I am still enjoying the Development Centre program and I have to believe in me and my dream, I have to think I can do it,” he added.
“I will work for it, and I will work hard to convince VFF coaches.” He said.
Little Isaiah Gideons has been selected to be part of Vanuatu U-15 team to China next year for the Youth Olympic Games.
