Vice President of Luganville Football Association (LFA) Barthelemy Ngwele confirmed that all 16 football clubs has agreed to kick start football tomorrow Saturday 2 November 2013 in a general meeting on Monday at Luganville Municipal Hall .
“Telecom Vanuatu Limited (TVL) is the main sponsor of the Luganville Championship 2013-2014 season and we want to thank them for their sponsorship.” Said Barthelemy Ngwele.
