MoYSD congratulates VFF on first ever Youth league championship

The Director General to the Ministry of Youth and Sports development (MoYSD) Henry Vira has congratulated the Vanuatu Football Federation (VFF) for hosting its first ever National Youth Championship currently underway in Port Vila.

The tournament brought together U-17 and U-15 boys and girls to compete in this first ever championship held at the National Academy in Teouma area throughout this week.

In his opening remarks at the official opening ceremony this week, DG Henry Vira acknowledged VFF President, who is also the Oceania Football Confederation (OFC) President, Lambert Maltock and the VFF management for driving such initiative in promoting youth development and women empowerment in soccer throughout Vanuatu.
