FIFA CLUB LICENCING

The global objectives of the Club Licensing Procedure were defined by FIFA during its Congress which was held in Munich in 2006.

The FIFA Executive Committee adopted the FIFA Club Licensing Regulations on 29 October 2007 and it came into force on 1 January 2008.

 

On July 2016, Oceania Football Confederation (OFC) Competition Director, Chris Kemp who is also Manager for OFC Club Licensing and FIFA Consultant, Robbie Middleby, himself a former Socceroo, introduced what FIFA Club Licensing is all about and the 5 Pillars, that make up FIFA Club Licensing in Port Vila.

National Club Structure

In 2018, VFF Secretariate presented the National Club Structure criteria at the 28th Congress on North Efate adapted from the FIFA Club Licensing Regulation at was to guide our MA League Clubs and National League Clubs on how to structure themselves to achieve the objectives of the FIFA Club Licensing.

1 .Legal Entity with a registered name
2 .Registered with VFF with Valid License
3 .Fully Responsible to participate in national and international and games
4 .Must have Match Venue to meet OFC Club Competition
5.Must have training venue
6 .Must have registered Coaches with VFF
7 .Must have registered Goalkeeper Coaches
8 .All Players must be registered with VFF
9 .Must have registered Goalkeeper Coach
10 .Must have at least 2 womens GategoryTeams
11 .Must have Youth Coach
12 .Must have 3 Referees
13 .Players with medical and have a Medic Officer
14 .Club administrator
15 .Club Registered Executive
16. Media Officer
17. Marketing Officer
18.Security Officer
19. Team Liason Officer
20. Must Prepare and submit budget
21. Complete a finance Form
