OFC Road To 2026 FIFA World Cup
Group B
New Zealand beat Tahiti 3 – 0 in the first Group B match today at the VFF Stadium in Port Vila.
The All Whites lead 1 – nil at half time.
Tahiti came back in the second half defending and trying to launch counter attacks, which was just impossible against a well structured and steady New Zealand side.
Chris Wood scored his first goal in the world cup campaign, and the second for his team.
New Zealand netted their third goal from within the area.

Meanwhile, Vanuatu will play Samoa in the second Group B match on Saturday 12 October.
