The Vanuatu Assistant Referee Jeremy Garae and his Oceania colleagues – Nicholas Waldron and Isaac Trevis from New Zealand, were appointed to officiate France and Haiti in their next match of the FIFA U-17 World Cup 2019 in Brazil.
The Oceania trio’s performance on the match Tajikistan vs Cameroon this week has landed them the next job to ref the match between France and Haiti national under-17.
France won their last match against South Korea under-17 by 3-1 and Chile U-17 outlasted Haiti in a six goal thriller according to FIFA Media.
The match will kick-off tomorrow November 2 around 7am Vanuatu time.

In August 2019, FIFA Referees Committee has appointed Jeremy Garae as part of the 20 trios of match officials, five Support Referees and 17 Video Assistant Referees (VARs), representing all six confederations, in the 2019 FIFA U-17 World Cup in Brazil.
