The Vanuatu Football Federation (VFF) requests Professional Consulting Services consultants to tender for the VFF Artificial Turf Project. The scope of services of the Consultant would work closely with VFF & FIFA Project Team and will encompass these professional services:
- Develop the Project Brief;
- Concept Design; prepare Developed and Detailed Designs;
- Prepare Tender Documentation and Specification;
- Tender Management; and
- Contract Administration.
Consultant key personnel should include all professional disciplines, such as Architects, Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Specialists, Building Services (including Electrical, Hydraulics, Mechanical, ICT, CCTV & Fire services), Quantity Surveyors, and Project Managers/Superintendents.
The Consulting firm will be recruited in accordance with the procedures specified in the RFT. Interested firms can obtain the Tender Documents from the VFF Headquarters by making a non-refundable payment of Vt 10,000.
The proposal is to have design and documentation done in 2025, and Construction to begin in early 2026. The Project implementation phase is expected to be completed in 6 months.
