Port Vila, Vanuatu – March 12, 2025 – The Vanuatu Football Federation (VFF) has announced an exciting job opportunity for a General Manager (GM) to lead the newly established Vanuatu Football Club (VFC). This initiative marks a major step toward the professionalisation of football in the country.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the club’s operations, implementing high-performance strategies, securing financial sustainability through sponsorships, and strengthening player development pathways.
The ideal candidate should have at least 4 to 5 years of senior management experience in professional football, possess a degree or master’s in Sports or Business Management, and demonstrate strong leadership, financial, and strategic planning skills.
