The Vanuatu U15s team was given a joyous welcome as they returned home after a successful participation in the OFC Youth Development Program held in Auckland.
The young champions underwent a series of development programs, which included engaging in competitive matches and having the privilege of meeting Christian Karembeu, a native of Lifou Island in New Caledonia and a member of the triumphant France team in the 1998 FIFA World Cup held in Paris.
These valuable experiences gained from the program are expected to greatly contribute to the growth and future achievements of these talented players in Vanuatu’s football scene.
