On October 30, the national team trained indoors due to heavy rain, which changed their usual practice plans at Freshwater Stadium. Slightly fewer than ten players gathered to work up a sweat inside.
They were physically training for about one and a half hours, focusing on strength and conditioning exercises to build endurance and resilience. Despite the change in plans, the players showed high spirits and commitment, pushing themselves to be fully prepared for the upcoming game against New Zealand on November 15.
Alex Saniel scored the first goal in the last match and shared his commitment to the game, saying his dedication is unwavering. He focused on physical conditioning during today’s session, preparing for the upcoming game, which he sees as an important step toward qualification.
“We appreciate your support and will give our best,” he added, encouraging fans and teammates alike.
