Zoida Nial had an unforgettable birthday celebration today while representing Vanuatu in the OFC U-19 Women’s Championship in Fiji. The young athlete turned 17, marking a milestone in her career.
Zoida received a birthday cake from the Grand Melanesian Hotel in Fiji as a special gift to celebrate her birthday.
Zoida, who follows in the footsteps of her sister Louisa Nial, a fellow Vanuatu national team player, was caught on camera in a heartwarming moment with her teammates. As per Vanuatu tradition, her teammates surprised her by drenching her with a bucket of water and powder.
